Ingredients
  

  • 1 plain or everything bagel
  • 2-3 ounces of smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of dairy-free cream cheese or vegan cream cheese
  • Sliced red onion
  • Capers
  • Dill

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bagel in half and toast it lightly.
  • Spread dairy-free cream cheese or vegan cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
  • Place smoked salmon on one half of the bagel.
  • Top the salmon with sliced red onion, capers, and fresh dill.

Notes
